Going to the US?

Are you considering coming over to the States with your family to stay for good? There are jobs in Phoenix and housing is at the all time low cost at the moment. You can get a nice 3 bedrooms, about 1800 sq ft house for US$250,000 around here. You and Wendy should come and explore what is available. For that price....I can just trade in my 4 rooms 90 sq m HDB flat and I can get a nice landed property is the US. Yes! I can always work for my brother in his hardware shop hahaha, but then I am waiting for my retrenchment from my present company before even want to think of the above option.
