Confirmed....staying in Springdale

Yeah...it is settled. Staying there for the next 2 yrs in a 3 rooms condo and see what is the situation before deciding on the next move.

Nice quiet place...not too many people there using the swimming pools and gym. Plus Bt Timah hill is nearby, can also go for a morning walk.

Believe that the quality of life can be improved too.

total cost for the 2yrs rental is $44K plus misc cost which would add up to 50K

oh...the landlord has sweeten the deal alittle by throwing in a brand new set of cooker and gas hob set plus retractable cloth hanger set.
and the usual....general cleaning by the professional cleaners on the whole unit and servicing of all air-con units before handing the keys to us.

Yes....big boss of Singpost but he kena struck with his investment of 2 units at Springdale / Southhaven.

Just bad timing but he can afford to hold.
