Well...this is the start of the mad rush and it can be fun too esp if like to look at how others keep their flats.
For myself...I guess it is no choice thing to do, esp already sold the flat or in one month's time be sleeping in my car. So...just keep the fingers cross that it was a right decision after all.
As for now...it will get more hairy as the actual hand-over day approach but what to say? What is done....stay done!

1st May
Wah...so fast that we are already at 1st May. For myself, by end of this month I have to shift out to hand over the flat to the new owner. Sad....esp after 6+ years of staying there but really got no choice to hold on to the house. Now hunting for a rental condo for the next one year before buying again. Even buy....maybe just another 4 room flat at most or smaller still.
Well...sometimes it is just that we have to move on, come rain or shine as everything seem to happen but for now we cannot really understand why? Like losing money playing shares...not that I have not experienced losing before but after more than 7 years of not touching it...itchy backside, go play the share again. First as usual....made money then lost whatever I won plus another 200% interest. SHIT!!
Now...what? Frankly....I don't really know the future but gotto take one step at a time. Worst to worst....just gotto pay with my life hor.

Justice???
oh....about the editor who caused the fatal accident and was sentence to be jailed for 12 mth but upon appeal...she just got one day jail.
Hahaha....what a fat joke? Why? Well....becoz she has the money and can afford a good lawyer.
Then...another case of one old rich man who has nothing better to do than to go around his condo to put glue into people's key-holes or damaged other's things becoz they didn't go along with him to sell enblock the condo. He was caught and fined just $700 for that. What more....he just laughed it off saying he spent 3 to 4K a night in a nightclub so $700 was nothing to him when he was interviewed by the newpapers. Just show....what type of justice we have in Singapore. For a illegal caught....he has to be rotan 3 strokes and jailed for 3 to 6 mths...why? Well...he is just too poor to do anything about it.
Oh....yes! about the 3 heroes who wear the kangaroo T-shirt and were sentenced to jail for showing comtempt in court. What do you called what the old rich man action is? That also happen with the nasty neighbours' case...the old man whose family lived in a landed house was interviewed after losing his case against his neighbour and was fined. He too laughed it off....saying he can bloody well afford to pay for the fines.
After all these jokes in our courts....these rich fuckers got to be thrown in jail for a couple of months to learn a lesson. Oh....yes! that should included the rich monk too. Just what a bloody joke? A monk's pay at 20K...or a Church pastor with a
600K/yr paid....and a priest with 8 million of asset ( in today's newpapers ). Man....I must be in the wrong profession. What is going on?????

Praying day - 1st of 4th Lunar Month
Wah...so fast, already 4 months gone for this year. Oh...btw I have another 1 month to stay in my present flat, but still have not go for house hunting yet. Guess...it
has to be soon maybe after the 1st of May thing.
As usual, went to Waterloo St Temple for pray-pray and chiam-see. Again a good chiam-see....No 12. What is really bothering me lately is dishonest lawyer esp since I sold my flat mainly becoz I need the money to clear off some of my debts and to start anew. Read in the newspapers that some crooky lawyers ran off with clients' money and that really hit a spot in me. So...go asked Kuang-Imm about it and luckily it is going to be okay chiam-see. At least...I won't be so moody and worried after this.
Oh...there was a old man dressed like a monk at Waterloo St in front of the temple and he would be giving pieces of red papers written with a 4D number inside. He collapsed onto the floor this morning and the ambulance come for him. He was not moving.....may have a heart-attack. Fast and easy death....I envy him. Have to be happy for him if he is gone....no point to live too long esp being poor, worst if poor and sick. I don't think I want that kind of live....if fact, I am ready to go anytime. I have been clearing all the loose-ends so that....when my time comes, hopefully hardly anyone else beside my most immediate family will know and send me off on my last trip to Mandai hehehe. Have also left words that if too hard to drop my remain in the sea....then just flush it down the toilet at Mandai itself. Done and Gone for good.
Looking back at my life...well, not too bad for a screw-ball like me frankly. Not much studying...just somehow met a few good people and loved ones along the way to share and point me the way. I can only said...it was a wonderful journey so far and I rated my life as a "6.5/10" in term of living a good life. And I have my mistakes and also my success....and one thing I really learned from it is not to be too self-critical and to treat myself better....it would have been much more present.
Oh...about lot 12 ( chiam-see ) = good and bad...good and evil is just a short span away from each other. After all the bad things....it is only natural for the good things to follow. You will find that instead of using hemp to cover your feet...it would soon be covered with silk, richness and goodness will be yours soon. Just lighten up and enjoy the fruits of your labour.
From the above....I take it as it won't be any problem regarding my money from the flat and also, life would be smoother too. Cross my fingers and pray hard hehehe.

Ran into a Malay motor-cycle gang
Yes...on Thur night when I went home half day at around 1.40am. This bunch of idiots was showing off to their gfs who was riding pillion. I was turning into the side road leading to Punggol on the Sengkang Road above the TPE.
They were cycling on 3 motorcycles with 3 guys and 1 gal....and suddenly one of them cut in front of my car then slowed down. I have to jam on my "brakes" and in doing so, accidentally on my "high deem" which these idiots took that I was finding faults with them. They then follow me to Punggol Road...and when I was about to turn into my block carpark, I signal that I am turning to the left into my carpark which they thought I signal them to challenge them to stop. Mother-fuckers!! one of them started to point his middle finger at me and I pointed back. He stopped and I stopped too...I came down and fucked him off. His friends...quickly turn back as they were ahead on a one-way road....( they think their fathers owned the whole road as it was late with no traffic ).
Guessed I too lost my head....and was ready for a showdown with them but I noticed that I am totally out-numbered. Somehow...I still stood my ground and "eveready" to cut down the nearest one if they ever touched me with my car's key in my fist. I was aiming for his face or neck if the whole thing has to come to a fight as I was on the road with them all surrounding me...btw my car's key is 2 inches long and make a nice weapon. After 5 mins of fucking each other on the road...I told them to fuck off and go and die for all I cared. Funny....they too made lots of shouting but took no action to push or attack me. I think....becoz I show no fear in front of them and that may have prevented them from doing any thing crazy to me....me one against 3 young men ( all bigger size and taller than me but I am not about to stand down ). I told them off too on that, and that they were bunch of fucking cowards. One of them told me that they were playing with each other on the road and were not trying to cut into my path which I fucked them off again...telling them if they are playing on the road then they would be better off to go play in a room with their gf then to disturb others on the road. POWER!!!
Lucky I didn't called them "babi"...malay pig, guessed since I just fucked them without any sensitive thing. They are kind of not too pissed off lor even with me calling them mother-fuckers and cock-heads!! That to them is okay hehehe....as they must be quite dumb after all.
Then...I realised that it was no point for me to continue, so I got into my car and drove off but instead of turning into my carpark I turned into Punggol Central Road. I don't them to know where I stay mah since they were following me earlier. But they didn't follow me this time....then I turn one round back to my place. They rode off towards Punggol End. I didn't tell my wife or anyone.
The whole incident was just pointless....but I do learn one thing. I am getting old....becoz I realised I cannot take on all 3 idiots at once and if I did, I would not be around anymore becoz I won't give up or beg for mercy....and worst is that I would also seriously do harm to one or two of them which is also against the law esp maybe for blinding them or worst killing them? If my aim to the eyes - sure kena blinded, or the neck....also bleed to death as the cut actual kena the artery.
So....now, this uncle will try my best to calm down when driving on the road. Just not my business to get angry if others want to kill themselves by fooling around or speeding. I better cool down....and not get angry since that I am no longer the same 30something guy I once were hehehe. Cannot be hero anymore....hehehe.
Just don't quite understand where are all the policemen doing at that hour and still got some mother-fuckers who have nothing better to do cycling their motorcycles and playing the fool on the road at that hour then sleeping or fucking at home. Their motorcycles too....modified and making lots of noises and unless the policemen are deaf they should stop them and book them for a nonsense on the road.
So....I will never pity any youngster getting maim or worst killed on the road anymore after this incident. Yes...this goes for the chinese, indian or malay youths.
Guessed nowaday....they had too much free time and nothing better to do. Frankly I am quite color-blind....in other word, I am not a racist at all. This time too bad that I run into a Malay gang. Also...I think the Malay gang is not as aggressive as a pack of chinese or indian youngsters. Have experienced the same thing before with 5 Malay youngsters....yes! they acted tough but they also became "surprised" if suddenly one guy suddenly stand up to them. While for chinese youths...they will not take this lightly and will hit back....same for indians too, since they are more and bigger sizes too. Then....no choice but to just attack back on their leader, if run also cannot out run them. Stand and fight to the death lor.

Hehehe....kena $150 on last Sun 4D and today kena $1350 again. Yeah...quite lucky as I "double buy" on one set of 4D. Lucky also in the sense that I kena a total of 9 "BIG" on 2 set of 4D out of 3 sets. Even the "missed one" is very close to the 1st prize number....1809, I bought 1804 hahaha.
Just nice to pay off the 4D for the past 2 weeks....with a bit left for a makan trip lor.
Oh...kena 2718 ( my mom's death date and my dad's ) and 5219 ( this...anyhow buy one la, just based on 4D history ). Maybe tomorrow 1804 can come ---- I-Bet lor.
