Up-date - Thursday

Wah....another week gone and I was just as busy as the past couple of months. Only got to swim on Monday morning for less than 30 mins then go to the sauna due to rain. No one is allowed to swim when it's rains for safety reason. Anyway....managed to swim at least once. No gym action....as I hurt my elbow last Friday helping to carry the cartons at work. Hari Raya Haji and 33 didn't turn up for work, worst it was a Friday so had to go hands-on to get the job done!

Attended the forex meeting plus also the T3B - CFD platform training with my OC as guide hahaha. Now she is going along whenever I attend courses esp the "FOC" ones. Frankly no idea she does that for wanting to learn or keeping an eye on me. Anyway, I don't really mind since I attend these meeting and training to learn a skill and not to hunt for women. That is a thing of the past....really! That is why....I am also happy that she wants to accompany me so that she can take note which is something I hate to do hahaha ( killing 2 birds with one stone??? yes?? ).

Other free time was spent.....looking at the charts for both Forex and Stock and then to do the trade-logging and reasons for the trades and also reviews. Trading is a full time thing for a serious day trader. Now....I have made friends with this group of people and can understand their lifestyle. Didn't realised that there are quite a few people who treat trading as a full-time job....only thought this applied to old folks or those who are out of work ( retrenched ) until I met a group of youngsters who went to the same forex class as me. They are all....just finished their studies from overseas eg US, Australia and UK. I thought they are just a bunch of lazy rich punks until they invited me to their "office" in town. These jokers are super serious bunch of day traders in forex as they have fully equipped trading stuffs installed in the office except that they go to the office in their bermudas instead of long pants and shirts. Their office is like really COOL too....with nice lightnings and music.
2 of them shared the cost....the rest are just friends who drop-by on and off like me who is invited to see how they work. One of them....a computer geek was working on an automatic trading robot ( trading program ) and he said that it won him over 40K for the 2 months we were attending the forex course but for past week esp Thu and Fri nearly cost him a fortune. He lost over 40K in that period due to chopping trading which the program didn't able to handle ( rubbish in rubbish out ). According to him, he missed putting the one more line of program for it to deal with such situation. It was programmed to handle trending positions or range trading only which happened for the past few months. Only when we attended the Tuesday afternoon meeting, the instructor told us that was the usual DEC thing....some of the traders are starting to close their positions in order to close account/book for the year esp those who have done well over the months and also for the Jews...they have their holidays coming up so, they are closing their accounts too. Then trades will be chopping and not trending which is also unpredictable too. No wonder....I am losing my trades too esp for inter-day ones. These youngsters are also into inter-day trading....as they put their robots to work 24hrs as forex trading is a 24hrs/5days a week thingy. Their only fault....is they didn't program it "right" due to over sight.

Told them...that I have to learn from them ( a pair of twenty-something, tall and handsome young men ) no wonder the aunties in my class always called them to help them with the forex homework and questions.

For the T3B weekly meeting...also same day except it is from 7 to 10pm. For this week, it was for the CFD platform which the MF Global paid them to teach us to use their platform for trading. These MF Global people really cannot teach....as compared
to those from T3B speakers. They are about the same standard as from other CFD companies eg Philips, etc. Very dry....and boring, just nice to fall asleep during their training. Anyway since it's "FOC"....cannot complaint lor.

Now...back to work again.
